Some times there are jobs that others just won't do, with harnesses and all the necessary safety in place we hand drilled embed holes with custom coring bits off the side of the roof of the Trump Tower in downtown Vancouver. 

Concrete cutting takes skill and on this project at the Jack Poole Plaza we were trusted to cut every stair and expansion joint by hand insuring our client would be left with beautiful lines done right the first time.

Most don't know but science world sits over top of the water, in one of many site visits we went in a small boat underneath science world and core drilled inverted (upside down) up and into the clients desired location. 

During the construction of the Port Mann bridge we drilled dywidag post-tension cables holes that were originally built misaligned, these are cables that hold the bridge together.

The YVR Airport is situated at the south of Vancouver and North of Richmond we have been tasked on site on different occasions for Concrete GPR Scanning as well as concrete Coring.

The Marine building started in construction in 1929 and was completed in 1930. We have had the pleasure to work in this beautiful building many times over the years.
